Shampoo with herbs
All you need is 1/4 cup herbal tea, 200 g soap of olive oil. Mix well brewed tea soap in a bowl. Transfer the mixture into a saucepan and place over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is homogeneous. Remove from heat and cold. Store it at room temperature away from sunlight.
Shampoo with chamomile
Prepare 6 chamomile tea bags, 4 tablespoons natural soap flakes, 1 tsp glycerin. Put tea packs in 1 ½ cups of boiling water. Cook 20 minutes and remove the packs. Add soap flakes and set aside until they soften. Add glycerin and mix well, stirring vigorously. Cool and store in the dark and cold.
Mask with almonds
This mask is suitable for oily hair. Prepare 1 tablespoon cornmeal, 1 tablespoon Perunika root powder, 1 tsp ground almonds. Mix all ingredients and divide the hair. Start from the roots to the tips. Gently massage the scalp to make sure that everything is evenly distributed. Then comb your hair nice. If there are other particles, wash your hair with regular shampoo.
To stop hair loss make a cocktail of bananas, honey, yogurt, low fat milk. This cocktail is rich of biotin which nourishes roots. Eat foods rich of vitamins B6 and zinc. Take supplements if you can not provide these valuable ingredients through food.
