Like the little black dress, the smoky eye makeup is timelessly sexy. Whether you are going to a club with your best friend or you are invited to a dinner by your loved one, this smoky effect is the impeccable choice for your night out!
Step 1: Take your black eye pencil and apply it from the middle of your eyelid through the crease line, as shown on the first picture. It is best to choose a nice creamy formula as it will help in easy blending the product.
Step 2: With the help of a small, soft makeup brush dipped in black eyeshadow, apply the colour at the outer corners of your eyelids. Follow the black pencil line as guidance.
Step 3: Since this is a deep, intense smoky eye look, add a generous amount of black eyeshadow at the outer corner of your eyes and above your crease line. Do not forget to trace out your waterline with the dark colour as well.
Step 4: Use a soft white, creamy colour directly under the eyebrow as this is a great and easy way to highlight your brow bone!
Step 5: Now it’s time to add another colour to your smoky eye makeup. This tutorial uses a very light peachy colour to accentuate the final effect. Apply the eyeshadow right in the centre of your eyelid. If this is an evening makeup, you can add some glitter on your eyelids with tapping movements. Smudge it out with your brush to give that look of glimmer and freshness to your gaze!
Step 7: Carefully outline your lower lash line with black shadow. For this purpose, an angled brush will help you distribute the colour easily across your waterline.
Step 8: After, apply your fake eyelashes by placing the strip on your eyelid, positioning it as close as possible to your natural lashes. Allow the glue to dry naturally. Then, apply black mascara on both your top and bottom lashes to achieve more natural, glamorous look by blending your natural lashes with the false ones. We weren’t lying when we said that the final result will be breathtaking!
